The Trustees are responsible for the proper administration of iRAP, have a duty to act collectively, and act in the public interest. iRAP remains bound by the laws of the UK, including the Charities Act 1993 (as amended by the Charities Act 2006) and Bribery Act 2010. We take a zero tolerance approach to bribery and this is set out in our Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy adopted by the Board of Trustees in March 2012.

All Trustees must sign a Trustee Declaration and complete a Register of Interests. In addition to the requirements of iRAP’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, iRAP has adopted a Conflicts of Interest Policy and a Code of Conduct for Trustees.
